Got treated for my birthday. The nail tech was rushing through my whole nail experience. I had to go back because one of the nails had a gash in it and the manager had her repaint them all. But I had told them I wanted colored powder (acrylic) they insisted on shellac. After the redid them they did look some what better. The next day however they nail polish started chipping… one finger chipped bad. I couldn’t got in that day because it was prom for my nephew and we were busy. There next day was my birthday… they were busy and couldn’t really fit me in in my time frame.. so I got stuck with these nails for my birthday. They need to lower the prices for the techs they have.

3 days after my Shellac nails were done the top coat started peeling off. I’ll try them again, to see if this is a rare mishap. At their service prices I’m disappointed. On the positive side, the staff is kind and fun to talk with.

I’m new to Mont Belvieu looking for a nail salon. It’s nice inside. Asked for a shellac manicure. Was told to choose a color and have a seat. Sat there for about 20 mins. They popped by a few times to tell me that has a specific person that does manicures and she would be right over. Never showed up. I eventually just left and ran over to the place next to H‑E‑B. I don’t think they even noticed that I left ♀️
