Words can’t express how happy and pleased I am with this salon.1. When you get to the door they are very upfront about the covid-19 restrictions2. When you walk in it’s very spaces ( with signs reminding you of the covid restrictions.)3. Each area of service their own room ( great for this pandemic)4. And my stylist Toya …. I went in with a book in my hand and ended up never picking it up! Me and Toya had great conversations about different things! On top of that she was gentle and caring with my hair . At the end I was soooo happy with the outcome!!! She was great!!My 35th birthday and family pictures are going to be great because of that woman!!!Being from Florida and living here the past four year I have NEVER!! Critical: QualityI went to this established over a year ago and was not happy with my hair services, however she did try to fix the situation. On 4/24/2021 I returned to a stylist named UNEEK this was my first time with her and she took my hair out after putting a curl on it for me, and there were hardly any curls in it, it was stringy. When I returned to the shop Tuesday to talk to Uneek she told me she’d refund my $80, as I told her I was going to another stylist to fix my hair. Fine so I thought but later in the evening Uneek called me to tell she was only going to half of money and not full refund. I took pictures of her license in the shop and took pic of her car tag to make sure I get her name for court action. The police arrived and I spoke with the officer because I wasn’t sure if I needed a report for court issues. As I was speaking to police the shop owner Tiara pulled up, I asked if I could speak to her as she was already acknowelable of the situation. She said to me that the stylist ( a family member of hers ) did not have to pay me anything because she provided a service her time and products, and told me that I wasn’t happy with services at her shop twice and that I should find another shop. I went to this established over a year ago and was not happy with my hair services, however she did try to fix the situation. On 4/24/2021 I returned to a stylist named UNEEK this was my first time with her and she took my hair out after putting a curl on it for me, and there were hardly any curls in it, it was stringy.
