The place is beautiful and clean. Their massages and pedicures are great. However, my GEL polish chips the next day EVERY time. I’m tired of going back for them to fix it. Then it just chips again the next day. Not just 1 nail but like 2 or 3 on each hand. It’s frustrating because it looks nice and they have great service otherwise, but it’s a waste of money. Every other salon I visit my gel nails last 2.5-3 weeks. My nails are strong and thick. (I have never been offered anc. Maybe you have me confused with someone else.) I wanted to give this place another chance since I was in the area but not anymore. Me going back once to get it fixed is enough. I’d never go back a 3rd time to waste my time. This is clearly an issue with your polish or with your top coat.

I had a bad experience here when they were under different management, Hot stone, Hot towel, Warm Steam, Free massage, they offer the best pedicure I never got before. They really have turned things around. Had a fantastic pedicure, hellen really took her time and did a wonderful job. Very impressed with this place now and will be returning soon!

Honestly, I was worried about going back to get my nails done at the place I used to go. A friend suggested we try tiara nails so we did and I’m so happy! The facility to gorgeous, clean, and I feel safe being there. Customer service is their top priority! Also, I’m pretty fussy when it comes to how thick my gels are and without even saying anything they do a perfect job; strong but thin gel topping. Could not be more pleased, thank you.

David!! He is amazing!! Just had the best pedicure of my life!!!!! First of all this salon is SO clean and spacious!!! I chose the Coco honey Spa pedi and David gave me the best reflexology treatment I have ever had. He is strong and makes sure every party your foot and leg is worked on. The result is a relaxation I have not had in years!! And then HOT stones!!! Thank you David for your time and attention!!! I will be back with friends!!!!

I have gone to see Miya every two weeks now and love how my nails are every time. I am super picky about my nails and would 100% recommend this nail salon to anyone. The booking process, payment, appointments are all easy and convenient but what sold me is the atmosphere. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and it is by far one of the most friendly, relaxed and fun salons I’ve been to.

I arrived, they took me in quickly I received a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure and gel manicure went well but please keep an eye on them as they put on the top coat. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money or make the bottle last longer but both for my Pedicure and Manicure they were very lazy with the top coat and as you know some topcoats cut the color nail polish below when it’s not applied to the full nail. That’s exactly what happened to me. The lazy half missing top coat cut my polish on my toe nails and it looks pitiful. Pedicure $27 and you’re lazy/cheap with the top coat. NOPE I won’t be going back. The $30 gel manicure with the lacking top coat resulted in a couple of my nails looking like they had ridges in the places where the top coat is missing. Such a shame it is a beautiful salon and I did have an excellent experience but later on realized what they had done.

I have been getting my nails done for the past 20 years and Hellen at Tiara nails is a true find. She cares about her work being beautiful and perfect. The salon is incredibly clean and professional. Special touches like shoulder massage are included in the treatments. Quite a find!!!

I highly recommend this place for mani / pedi! I felt like I was getting first-class treatment here. I have been to a couple of other nail places, but Tiara Nail & Spa is the place to go! Price is exceptionally reasonable, especially for the service they provide. Keep up the great work! This place does the job right! So happy to have found it!

Worst spa, rushed through my pedi and was being very aggressive. I asked how much the total would be prior to getting the pedi with everything included and then she kept changing it. I kept asking the total and it was something different each time and she looked like she didn’t have a clue. When i went to pay the charged my card half an then changed the total again. Very rude and unprofessional. They kept coming up with different reasons as to why I was charged extra and told me they always charge customers extra with out them knowing because they can. I do not recommend coming here. They dont clean up as well.
