If I could pick up this salon and take it with me, I would. Owner is beyond amazing and accommodating, I called for a last minute gel removal and french manicure the day before my wedding. I received a gel french manicure at another salon and it was so bad, but she fixed me up GREAT, and gave me the sophistication I was looking for. She was incredibly gentle on my nails as she removed gel. Talking with her was outstanding and it was like she was the person I needed during such a busy week. When we left she grabbed my stuff, fished my car keys out of my pocket for me, just went above and beyond so that I didn’t risk brushing my nails on anything. Prices were beyond reasonable for the detail, attention and service.

My sister went in to get a haircut. She wanted it below her collarbone, the stylist proceeded to cut her hair above her shoulders, with an uneven cut: her face framing pieces aren’t blended at all. She has never had a worse haircut, if I could I would give it 0/5 stars. It looks like a child cut her hair. She will not be returning again.

Kristina does not know what balayage is. Came in almost blond, wanted lighter, she gave me brown with red undertones on one side, and a few blond highlights on the other. Instead of fixing it she pretended not to see it. Also she doesn’t know how to work the long thick hair. She did the ‘teasing method’ and had to call for help when untangling my hair. OMG! Had to go to the real hairdresser after this experience.

Jessica is the most amazing stylist! I’ve been driving 2-2 1/2 hours FAITHFULLY for over a year now every 4 Weeks on the dot to get services done by her. There may be salons closer that can do a service I get done but no salons can do Every single service that she can under one roof, nor to the level of specialty as her. Definitely a fun, warm, great human being to talk with but also a woman of many trades and amazing multiple skills in her industry. When you leave a salon feeling beautiful inside and out just because of her energy and specialties you know you found a winner.

Kristina cuts my hair. I get compliments from people that I don’t know that have the same texture that I have. I have curly very curly thick hair. Not many people know what to do with it. Kristina followed my directions . Most of the time a stylist decides what they want to do( because it takes skills to follow directions) especially on my type of hair, but she listens and made me like my hair again. The shop is inviting and comfortable.
