Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came in for the first time to get a micro needling service. first let me start off with how she actually wanted to know my background story of my acne issues, my current treatments and also fully examined me before recommending me just any type of treatment. She was very thorough and genuine from the very start. she also provided me with nice price and i’m EXTREMELY grateful for. throughout the actual micro needling process she constantly made sure i was comfortable and not in any pain. she explained every detail and procedure that she was doing throughout the whole process down to the very end. everything she put on my face and every step she took she explained to me why and what it would do and what it was for. the room was soothing, relaxing great music. I came in for the first time to get a micro needling service. first let me start off with how she actually wanted to know my background story of my acne issues, my current treatments and also fully examined me before recommending me just any type of treatment. I purchased a package that wasn’t right for me and she explained in depth why (and the package she recommended was actually cheaper, so she was definitely honest). I purchased a package that wasn’t right for me and she explained in depth why (and the package she recommended was actually cheaper, so she was definitely honest).
