My wife loves the massages but the fact that I can’t just walk in and buy a gift certificate during normal business hours and walk out, is super inconvenient. I understand that the massages are by appointment. But every time I pull in the parking lot the building is closed. I also understand that I can buy one online. There are times that I don’t want to buy the gift card online for a reason. There is also a reason that we use cash as currency in the United States. I won’t be buying anything else until I can walk in and walk out with what I came for. I’ll send her somewhere else.

Won’t answer they’re phone, had to go there and it’s by appointment only. So basically this a trash business that doesn’t answer for new customers, and doesn’t take new customers unless an appointment has been scheduled but they won’t answer the phone to book appointments. How embarrassing and sad with an ultra lack of professionalism.

Lauren was a very knowledgeable instructor. She was very patient with the students in the class, and answered any questions we had. She made the class fun, and also used different learning styles, which was very helpful. Lauren even showed us around town as we went to lunch as a group. The 2 day class went by so quickly and it was a blast! As someone who gets nervous in new settings, and especially with learning new things, I felt very comfortable the whole time and not rushed with my slower learning.
