My experience at Thrive Hair Salon and more specifically with Chi Chi over the last couple of years, has been amazing. The appearance and cleanliness of the salon is wonderful. Chi Chi has always been pleasant and friendly, acknowledging every client as they enter. She is versatile and efficient. I’ve never had to wait when I arrived for my appointment (she gets you in and out). She aims to please and has always been able to replicate any style I’ve requested or simply work her magic if I give her the event/occasion. She learns the different hair textures and gives each client an experience unique to their needs/wants. I always receive compliments when I leave her salon and my hair is always soft, silky, shiny, and HEALTHY. Her assistant’s are great as well. Chi Chi is consistently coaching them to ensure they provide the same caliber of service and learn what they need.

I was a walk-in today at Thrive hair salon and I’m so glad that they were able to make it happen. Lady and her daughter took good care of me. The shampoo and conditioner was so refreshing. My hair is very thin but Lady gave me some bouncy curls that made my hair look healthy and full. They were very friendly, personal and attentive to my needs. Thanks and I will be back.

I’ve been a customer since day one!! I love this salon its very clean and the decor its very welcoming!! My stylist Chi Chi is the best!!! She’s always on time, doesn’t have you waiting all day, all about healthy hair and if she doesn’t think it’s good for your hair she will make suggestion which is very rare these days.

Visited Thrive Hair Salon today for the first time. Awesome experience overall. The atmosphere was very “grown” and laid back. Breezi did a wonderful job on my hair. She was very professional and provided very detailed and prompt service. I will definitely be returning.

I loved my hair! Styled by chi chi. I did a big chop and i left with a really cute short style! My hair was done in a timely manner I also loved the ambiance of the entire salon. Everyone was friendly! I booked a second appt 🙂

I come from a different state and decided to book with Chi Chi. Salon is clean and quiet. Surprisingly she wasn’t friendly. Very uncomfortable having her assistant just sitting in front of me while dhe did my hair. She charged me $75 for a cut but the cut had too many inconsistencies. I was dissatisfied with the end result. The other stylist Sparkle is very personable and recently did a crown sew in on my friends hair (just at the top) she has a cut. I guess I was expecting a different experience with Chi Chi. 2/5 stars because I like the design of her salon and the colors. My search continues.

When i first moved to Jonesboro in 2012 , I didn’t have a clue on who was going to do my hair, after being with my stylist from back home for over 20 years, I came across Thrive IG page and booked an appt with Chi Chi, and she has been my sylist for now over 3 years now, she is very professional, sweet and her free styles are the bomb. Timing is perfect, she gets you in and out, her asst is the best and as well as her staff, Salon is always clean so with that I say, I’M HERE TO STAY!!!!
