I have been a part of Three Health since November 2019. For me, that was part of the draw. They don’t just help you lose weight and then desert you. Their program is NOT a diet. It is a way of life, and to make the changes as part of your life, there’s a mental part that needs to be addressed as well. I have changed so much of my way of thinking, but I’m still working on these changes. I get to continue to talk to Alexis, see Brandy for her support with my blood work and food choices and talk with Brad or Marlene about my “thinking” around food or stresses. For me, this program has been worth every penny. I am so appreciative of the support that I continue to have from Three Health!

We got a COVID RT-PCT test for international travel with result back in about 35 minutes. It was expensive ($299) but so glad that someone in Seattle is providing this service for those that urgently need a test result. Very professional service. Made an appointment online a few hours before the flight. Drove to the Charisma Christian Center car park and the white ThreeHeath vehicle was there. A fully gowned tech took a nasal swab and immediately ran the test from the back of the vehicle. We received all paperwork by email in about 35 min. Test was negative. Basically you are paying for someone to collect your sample and immediately run it for you, therefore it looks like they can only run one sample at a time. I would make sure you have an appointment slot for every person being tested.

I first saw Brandy at EVIVA but after the front desk and staff continued to mess up my appointments, overcharge me and then refuse to reimburse me, I left. I found Brandy again in Edmonds and was able to get back on track. I have lost a total of 74lbs with Brandy and I tell everyone struggling with weight to see her. She explained food to me like no one else has. My first appointment was a true eye opener. She understood my struggle and made me feel empowered again after I learned what to eat and finally took control over my weight. It’s been almost 2 years since I first saw Brandy but I would follow her anywhere. She helped me get off medication for my blood pressure and cholesterol, all through changing my diet. My A1C score dropped to normal levels after being put into the “Pre-Diabetic” category – a scary place to be. Everything felt easier than every other diet I tried. I’m sharing this because I know that being overweight is hard, hard on your body and even harder on your soul. Brandy made sure I was successful and I am forever grateful. So if your reading this and your weight continues to be an issue, please go see her. Her whole team is amazing!
