I stopped here to get my hair done for my wedding on my way to south Ga and a friend recommended this shop. I had a long wait because I was a walk in but I didn’t mind as I knew with it being the weekend I’d have to wait, but i didn’t mind. The stylist/owner offered to make me a wig due to my thinning edges due to meds and stress so she had me leave the leftover hair I had staying that she’d make me a wig (I didn’t imply this she simply just offered and I NEVER received my wig or my hair back)…..I left my number and my address for her and called numerous times, i even had my husband stop by to pick my wig up. (Even if she didn’t make it i would have loved to have my leftover hair back because it was expensive). I think they pretend to be nice but have other motives. ♀️

My first time going here. Teba and Shon are Awesome!!! I love the way my hair was done. Prices are great for the work they do! I’ve gone to other places where the prices are ridiculous and come out the hair looking a hot mess. Finally found a place to get good sew ins done right!!!

I’m not from locus grove but I decided to try this place out so I called this salon in advance to see how much my total would be for my style. the stylist told me 140 which isn’t bad for what I wanted, Got to this salon on an early morning and was there before 9am til almost 7pm LITERALLY. besides the awful wait there weren’t but a few ppl ahead of me but if someone else came in that a stylist knew she’d put them ahead of me this happened numerous times in that day and to put fuel to flame they are very slow so if you have some where to be that day then I advise you not to go here & this salon is clearly the type to charge you based off whatever they feel like charging you because after that LONG 11 hr wait( & I was there before the sun was) she still charged me 140 BUT made it seem like she was doing me a favor & told me the price Is actually higher for the style I wanted and my style is actually 180 and that she only charged me 140 today because of the wait I endured here….. (keep in mind I called this same woman the day before to check how much the prices are) By this time I was ready to go so arguing with her about how she told me 140 previously on the phone but boosted the price at the last minute so she wouldn’t have to discount my total over HER terrible customer service wasn’t even going to be something I’m arguing over I was ready to just go….. I decided not do a review and just note that as a salon to never go back to but it’s been a week with my sew-In from them and already my edges are coming out and itching so bad from this glue lathered on my closure that seeped down on my edges, the glue has taken out my edges so bad I had to do a review because not only was the customer service very poor but the quality of my sew in was TERRIBLE & my sew in also is currently being taken down and I just paid 140 for nothing.

Wasn’t very welcoming website says they close at 5 got there first off she mean mugged me ask what I need help with I say I would like a simple sew in she says oh we closed Like really website says other wise and got there at 2:30 drove for 45 mins for nothing. Also why would you ask me what I needed if your all of a sudden closed But anyways I know I won’t be going back there.
