The staff at this salon SAVED MY LIFE. I had a horrible experience at another salon. I came to Threadz in tears over my hair. They fixed my hair and I’ve been coming back ever since. I’m never going anywhere else to get my hair done! The owner is so down to earth. Their stylist Kiara is my favorite. They’re professional and have the best customer service!! LOVE THEM!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueGoing to have to give them 0 stars. Brought my friend to get a closure sew in just for the closure to lift right after she left the salon. I got a frontal sew in which looked good but underneath was HORRIBLE. My hair was shedding because none of the people know how to braid your hair nor do they care about your hair being healthy in the long run. They just want their money and that’s it. I’ll take my 250 elsewhere to someone who not only cares about the hairstyle but about the hair underneath the style! The last few times I have came here I’ve left out 8 hours later! Going to have to give them 0 stars. Brought my friend to get a closure sew in just for the closure to lift right after she left the salon. I got a frontal sew in which looked good but underneath was HORRIBLE. My hair was shedding because none of the people know how to braid your hair nor do they care about your hair being healthy in the long run. They just want their money and that’s it. The salon is nice and clean but if you want to get a good quality hairstyle I probably would think twice about going here because the owner seem to throw anyone on your head even if they are not good at doing hair. I spent $100 on a weave ponytail and the guy didn’t know what he was doing and had to ask the owner to help him and she act like she didn’t have time and he messed my hair up after being in the chair for 4 hours. The ponytail look like I went to let a kid play in my hair. I was so disappointed with my hair style I went home and cried.

I had a great experience from phonecall, appointment to finish. Excellent environment and customer service experience executed. My hair grew several inches and was exactly as I wanted a natural look. I’m a former stylist and can be quite critical….Threadz gets a thumbs up for great staff and listening to what client wants, also for great suggestions and especially a beautiful hairstyle. Well done!!

Critical: QualityThe young boy did my hair I arrive at 11:35 am somebody was in front of me which was ok. The young man was very nice I just don’t understand why he didn’t call for assistance when he got busy, then an hour later someone else shows up and he’s the only stylist. I got a simple quick weave with a blunt cut wasn’t satisfied with the look the cut was a hot mess definitely not worth $115 then I left at 4pm which is crazy.. The young man was very nice I just don’t understand why he didn’t call for assistance when he got busy, then an hour later someone else shows up and he’s the only stylist. I had a great experience at this salon today! Very glad that I chose it over the many “weave” specialists of Atlanta. Jasmine is fast at what she does and her braider that assists some times is talented as well. It feels good to feel as if you have a stylist that cares about how you feel as well as finds it not robbery to provide a notable service! I will be back soon and will refer others. Customer service means so much and I am happy to know it’s alive at this salon!

Yesterday was the first time I’ve went to Threadz. Omg!!! It’s so lovely in the inside. The stylist Xavier and Andrea (hope I spell your names right) are soooooooo sweet and professional. They make sure is good for one lol am but most of all they care about your hair.
