Rupa is the best of the best. I’ve been seeing her consistently since I moved to the area 6 months ago for brow threading and shaping. Under her care, my brows are on point and are the fullest they’ve ever been. I’ve seen some of the top brow specialists in NYC, and Rupa is on par with them (even better). I am pleased to find this hidden gem of a place in the Lehigh Valley. I’d pay double what she charges for her level of care and service. P.S. Try her scalp massage. It’s divine!!!!
