Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe owner did my eyebrows and when it was time to check it out I tolled her one was thicker than the other one she started getting mad because I was correcting her like that’s why I’m paying to make them okay. So it’s time to pay I pay her the price she’s gets upset because I don’t tip her and for her the first customer has to tip I tolled her you didn’t even do my eyebrows okay one is thicker than the other one I just didn’t tell her to fix it because she was getting mad already that I kept correcting her so I left it like that. The lady that attended me did not have a face mask on and she was rude It’s no longer $4.99 but 7 and I wasn’t prepared cause I took just $5 with me and the sign still says $4.99. My eyebrows aren’t the best but they came out alright looking. Overall I definitely don’t recommend going there!

I love coming here pretty good pricess 5 bucks for thread eyebrows I go to chair #2 this time my lady wasn’t there she was on vacation some other lady did them she took a big piece from my right eye brow I didn’t see it until I got to my car, but if I go back I will letbu guys know the name of my lady shes super sweet and she leaves my eye brows pretty dam good! Still 4 stars it’s not bad just this time!

This place has cockroaches!!! While waiting to get my eyebrows done you just see them walking across the floor. You move a chair slightly and they all start coming out.

I took my 12 year old daughter to clean up her eyebrows. Lady at station 2 had no patience with my daughter. It was her 1st time threading so it was already a painful experience. I rather go to Bollywood in Montebello. Their staff is so professional and nice.

At first this place was okay with the original employees. Recently I went and the service was slow and the new employee also left one of my eyebrow thicker and longer than the other. Not cool. Definetly don’t go here before special occasions.
