I should’ve listen to my friends and my gut by not coming here. I’ve been here a few other times and you’ve done a pretty good job, but the last two times have just not been good. Literally horrible. I’m in front of a camera all the time and The lady who did my brows attempted to arch one and left the other in a straight line and swore up and down that they were both even when you could clearly see with the naked eye that they weren’t. Then when she asked me was I satisfied and I told her no. She sat me back in the chair and continued to remove brows from the closest to an arch one. Still not touching the straight one. Then tried to fix it with a brow pencil. Literally showed with my finger the difference in the brows. She literally had an attitude with me walking out the door cause she messed my brows up. I am very disappointed that I wasted $10 and still have to go fix them. I will not be back here again. I should’ve went to Arches around the corner

Usually when i come to get eyebrows threaded they do well. But today this lady was being so aggressive with my brows – there were literally spot of bleeding. And still burning/hurting 2 hours later. Plus she didn’t do a good job. I look like i have thick caterpillars on my face. I am so disappointed. I haven’t stopped crying about how bad the brows look. I just have to wait for them to grow back. And go somewhere else.

They’re professional and if there’s a wait time,it is short-within 10 minutes upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Critical: Quality, ValueWent to get lashes done and the very next day most of them came out. When I went back it wasn’t the same initial lady who did them the first time. However, she said this is normal after a few days. It was the very next day!!! My lashes never fall out and last two weeks. She tried to tell me they were mink lashes, no, not at all. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for a few months by different people each time. Today, however was by far my worst experience and I will not be coming back. The lady kept complaining about how my eyebrows have overgrown and are too thick. She repeatedly told me how much time it was taking as if it was my fault. Not only that, but after she finished, I was bleeding in multiple areas. When it time to pay, she said she didn’t accept credit cards but didn’t tell me that before. I thankfully had a large bill with me which she said she doesn’t have change for. She then went to back for 5 minutes looking for change. Finally I left and they have lost a returning customer. I recommend going to arches in arbor place mall instead.

I’m always skeptical when trying a new brow place because i have very dark thick eyebrows and a scar in one of them. I’ve had them pencil thin and then barely touched.

I usually have a great experience here with Lancy but today was a nightmare! Layla did my brows and I’ve NEVER had my brows look this bad. I knew something was wrong when she stayed on one brow for a long time. She started asking me questions about my hair and I knew she was trying to distract me. When I looked at my brows I was terrified, there was absolutely no shape and both looked extremely uneven. I know brows are sisters not twins so I know they will not look exactly alike. She kept asking me how she could fix them but I was afraid to let her do anything else. I’m so disappointed . I paid my 10 bucks and left.

Got individual eyelashes, the next day about 7-9 fell off and this morning there all coming off. I went back and got them redone, they looked great. They said come back and we will remove them. They use water and oil, then they yank them off!!!! I literally have bald spots were my long beautiful lashes used to be. She pulled out over 60% of my real eye lashes.
