The woman who works there is SO sweet and also taught me how to cycle my brows so the hair is on the same growth pattern so I only have to get them done every 3-4 weeks instead of regular tweezing. I’ve been in a few times and the lady does a decent job shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows. I went in last night though and a different lady was there. She completely destroyed my eyebrows. She took too much off- there is no shape, they are way too thin, and they are uneven. I don’t know what she was thinking since this is clearly not how I wear my brows, but apparently she decided I needed to completely change them. I will not be going back.

Yesterday I got threading done for my eyebrows and face. She was fast and I felt no pain. This girl was new here but seemed to be very experienced. No one has done my eyebrows better than this girl. She is the best. Thank you Threading Place at Oakdale Mall! 🙂

I will never go back there again. As soon as I walked in they were rude sitting there on their phones didn’t greet me or anything. But I went on anyway and I never had this done before. It hurt a lot! It’s been almost 10 hours and it still hurts. As I was sitting there she didn’t ask me what I want etc. and she was talking in another language the whole time. After I was done she didn’t even clean them off hair all over my forehead. I also had to touch them up as she did a crappy job. Was just curious about the threading and definitely will never return to this one again!!

You’re better off going to Syracuse. The individual there is more concerned about getting back to her phone than giving you quality service. I clearly told her several times to how I wanted my eyebrows but continued on making them extremely thin and uneven. She didn’t even clean off the threaded hair nor applied lotion. Never returning again, I’d rather travel to Syracuse or NYC for way better service.
