Went to downstairs location and got eyebrows threaded. My eyebrows were ok but when i went to pay, she asked me “how much?” as someone else stated. I told her $5 and then she proceeded to change the price from $10 to $15 and also added another $5 for the tip. I paid $20 to get some mediocrely threaded eyebrows LOL. Ridiculous. If you go to bottom location, i recommend bringing cash so she doesn’t add money on for herself.

she does my eyebrows well no doubt, but whenever i pay with my card ($10) she asks me “how much?” and is kinda pushing me to tip on my card. like the last time i went i gave her my card and she asked how much i told her $10 she was like only ten? do you have cash im like no . really odd but she still does a great job Eyebrow threading

I need to speak to the Owner, I went yesterday for full face wax , Aunti peeled my skin both side of cheeks. So sad if you cannot do proper wax why you take customer. I am just so upset to see my face . Its ur professional if you don’t like then don’t do it but please don’t ruin someone s face.

I had gone to this place in the beginning of August (to the upstairs location) – lady was wonderful, threading didn’t hurt at all even though it had been 6 months and my eyebrows had been heavily overgrown.

Positive: ValueThe other reviews are correct, you have to know which lady to go to. Upstairs by Macy’s usually has the best employees. I never get their names, but the best one is older with dark hair. It’s been over a year since I got my eyebrows threaded, and she did a great job with the mess I gave her.

Very inconsistent place. Very unprofessional. I asked for thick eyebrows and walked out with thin eyebrows. Like what was the point of me growing them out! I always explain what I want before I get them done and they always do the opposite, beyond frustrating. I have had enough. Will not be going back.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN HERE (unless you like having no eyebrows).. I had asked for just a clean up, even told her where to take the hair off! She completely took all of my eyebrow off. I got up and saw my eyebrows halfway, I was left with just a line of eyebrows, a few hairs! And she wanted to keep going. I was not going to let that lady touch my eyebrows again, even to finish. After I asked her why she did that all she says is “10 dollars 10 dollars”, LOL WHAT. When my husband comes back with the 10 dollars her explanation to him was that I have very thick eyebrows .. she made absolutely no sense. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done in years. The woman there said, “no thread upper lip”, although it is advertised that it can be done. She said waxing is available. I agreed since waxing and threading the upper lip were the same price. She said waxing is available. I agreed since waxing and threading the upper lip were the same price.
