The best waxing salon I have ever been to in my life! I used to go to another place in town that was double the price and ended up canceling and rescheduling my appointment more often than they were actually kept. That business also change locations every few months, for a total of three location changes in the time I was a customer. Also had issues with their phone number changing to where I was unable to reach them when I showed up at an old location that had been changed without me even knowing, as a regular customer. Switching to Thread 101 was such a good decision! She listen to my concerns, was very professional and never made me uncomfortable. I have been waxing for two years now and I will never leave Thread 101! I cannot recommend them enough! I will say to clarify, due to recent events, This business is for women clientele only and apparently trying to get clarification on this with innocent, genuine confusion caused a very unnecessary uproar. Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to everything you hear but go by what you experience and give them a try!
