She knew she messed up but didn’t tell me anything till I said something when I noticed later that day the only thing she told me was we can get you free shampoo and conditioner that’s not gonna get my hair back at all I wanted my money back I payed more to get my roots done than to have my whole head died blonde. I tried getting my roots redone my hair was very long past my waist and the lady burned all my hair off and was left with thin patched hair because she put it under the the heat and it was melting off my head burning off. Critical: PunctualitySet an appointment for cut and color. When the hairstylist showed up 10 minutes late for my appointment, showed a picture of what I was looking for and was told she couldn’t do the color (blonde) I wanted on the weekend. I wish I had been told this when I set the appointment.
