I had my eyebrows waxed here, so I can’t speak for the hair salon part; but the wax was one of the worst I’ve ever had. They were accommodating in moving up my appointment time, however she was 20 minutes late in getting to me. She didn’t ask if I was taking an retinoids, or prep my eyebrows in anyway; and now I’m missing the skin underneath my eyebrows, just in time for holidays and my birthday. My eyebrows are literally burning. Super disappointed, especially because I only get waxed at Aveda salons because they usually have very high standards. Won’t be going in for a wax again.
