Critical: QualityWent for a cut and color.After the color was started I was told they had bad news, they didn’t have the color to finish it.Could I come back another day after they ordered the color.I asked what they were going to do with what they started. They said we could bleach you out until you come back.So now I have a screwed up some kind of hair color. It’s a mess.Steel gray and silver is the most trendy color along with purpleWho doesn’t carry that or bother to check to see if they have it before they start on your hair.When I left they charged me for the haircut. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWill no longer be going to this salon! Forgot to book 2 of my appointments but also never called my Mom about her stylist being sick. This place is not the same since the old manager Kay was with them. If you make an appointment I would make sure that they save it and go over it at least 2 to 3 times to make sure that they have it I’m going to a wedding this weekend and I’m without anybody doing my hair.Will no longer be going to this salon! Will no longer be going to this salon! Forgot to book 2 of my appointments but also never called my Mom about her stylist being sick. This place is not the same since the old manager Kay was with them. If you make an appointment I would make sure that they save it and go over it at least 2 to 3 times to make sure that they have it I’m going to a wedding this weekend and I’m without anybody doing my hair.

Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional & rude. I made my appointment to get my nails done and the appointment time was 4:00. I arrived at the salon and was told that they put my appointment down for 2:00 and listed me as a no show. Then I was told that they tried to contact me that afternoon and each call was declined. I declined the call because it said unknown caller with no ID, they did NOT leave me a voicemail for me to know it was Thomas Scott salon calling. I was made to feel like this was my fault, no apology from them what so ever, so after arriving and being treated very poorly I was told that they could not take me for my appointment. I have not been to this salon for a long time and I was very much looking forward to this appointment. Rude and very very unprofessional.
