I went here for a quick blowout for my birthday. To keep names out of it, my stylist was H. Unfortunately I had the last time slot available so the stylist seemed to rush through the process. A dry bar is supposed to be a luxury experience but mine was less than satisfactory. The website promises a glass of wine to enjoy while your hair is getting done but I wasn’t even asked if I’d like anything to drink, nor did my stylist ask me about the water temperature while washing my hair. I had to ask for water later on because my throat was all parched up. Secondly, my stylist kept stopping and texting someone, at one point even hitting me in the eye with her nail and not even apologizing but I’d like to think it was because she didn’t notice it. She also made a phone call without so much as excusing herself which I found rather rude. I’m not the kind of person that wants to chat the whole time. I’m perfectly content being on my phone quietly but it felt rather cold to be treated this way. Also I’m not too sure about the products they use. Moroccan oil is an okay brand but you could tell by the outdated blow-dryers that this place doesn’t get maintained properly. The hair itself turned out looking good but my concern is how long it’ll last. Overall pretty meh. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

When I got home and rinsed off my hair, I realized how chopped up the stylist made it….it doesn’t blend very well…..but at least she was nice. I just don’t know why she layered it so much when I didn’t even ask her to, all I wanted was it long in the front and short in the back. There’s two thin parts of hair super long in comparison to the rest of the cut so it doesn’t blend at ALL…..honestly I don’t think I’ll go back. = Now I have to wait for it to grow out again so somebody else can fix it.
