The Office staff is very friendly and Jennifer the assistant to the providers was so kind and helpful. Cris, the PA who treated me was knowledgeable and great at explaining my issues. The best part was this was my first appointment, had the procedures done and no need for additional visits. Very impressed with Thomas Dermatology, a step above the others.

Was a little concerned mask not mandatory…there are many people per day in and out of those rooms. For some reason didn’t collect my co-pay which should have been collected up front. Otherwise Jennifer and Ashley were extremely nice and helpful . The doctor Chris Berg was very knowledgeable and caring and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely go back again.

The staff up front was nice but didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. After I got to the back, the Dr was nice but made me feel uncomfortable. Left the room without a word. The nurse had to go get information from him before I could leave.

The people here were very friendly and technically adept, I think. I was underwhelmed, however, by the thoroughness of my exam. I expected a full body check for skin cancer. What I got was a spot check, at best. The PA asked what spots I was concerned about and then did a quick freeze on those spots. I could have done that with my regular doctor.

Thomas Dermatology is an amazing medical facility. I had never been to a dermatologist before, and I was a bit uneasy. Brandon’s understanding and care when scheduling (and having to reschedule) my appointment due to a prior commitment, was exceptional! Upon arrival, Miranda was thorough, kind, and efficient when checking me in and providing me with only a few required patient forms vs. a booklet! Outstanding!!
