She gives a great consult and really takes her time to make sure you and her are on the same page.She was able to correct a color f-up that has been haunting me since last Christmas. Not only was she able to get rid of the orange tone in my hair, but she did it in less time, and for less money then the last 2 stylists that I had gone to trying to get it fixed.The rest of the artists there are warm and kind. I cant wait to get all the other services. Mabel (one of the owners I believe) waxed my eyebrows for me and I am very happy with them and the cost of.The salon is clean and bright and just adorable.Given the current state of things regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, I felt uneasy about going out to get my hair done. I am so glad I did. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Everyone was wearing masks the entire time and no one was ever closer to one in other then necessary. It’s so important that we support local businesses ALWAYS but especially right now. I was hesitant to dye my hair but she went above and beyond and made me fall in love with my hair!! Kiersten listens to what you want, asks for reference pictures and checks in with you throughout the entire appointment to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it. The salon is BEAUTIFUL, chic and very clean. It’s so dreamy and you can tell that the owner put so much thought into every single detail. I was only her 3rd person and she did such a wonderful job as a licensed nail tech its hard to find someone who really does great acrylic on toes. I have gone to other places and it not be what I ask and she definitely did a 10/10 job. I will be going back to get my toes done ✅ special or not .
