I wanted my hair lightened to white blond while keeping my roots dark. My hair is originally dark blonde and very very short. When I left, hair looked the same as it did before I came in. So Lexi offered to do it again with no charge a few days later. My hair still isn’t white blonde plus I no longer have dark roots. Very very very disappointing!!!!

Very happy with my experience! I was in town for a wedding and wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and happened to spot a nail salon off the road to my hotel. I was disappointed to learn that they did not offer waxing services, but when I returned to the parking lot, I saw Blondies across the way! Even though she was with a customer, Sonia greeted me and let me know she would be available shortly. My eyebrows came out great and I was very happy with the clean and soothing environment of this salon, as well as the care and customer service I was provided.

Even after discussing the fact that the perm solution is supposed to go on each rod and showing her a picture of another perm I got done where the person just sprayed it all over my head Cindy sprayed the solution all over my head. My hair is ruined, its absolutely frizzy, not even remotely curly and is falling out in clumps. Very upset that I spent that much money to have my hair ruined.
