Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was referred by another salon in Sun Valley… Spoke with Joanne three weeks prior, she had to call her “best updo gal” to confirm 1:15pm worked on my wedding day. She called me 5 minutes later saying Alyssa would be doing my wedding hair, that she was excited for me and wasn’t going to be there that day but “good luck and how exciting”. Fast forward to my wedding day, I drove from Ketchum to this location and went up to the salon. Door was locked so I waited, five minutes passed so I called…I could hear the phone ringing from outside the door…left a message. Waited a little longer, called again and sent a DM on Instagram. Waited on the bottom floor hoping that possibly a miscommunication with her stylist occurred and thought 1:30. At that point, I couldn’t wait any longer as I had to figure out frantically what I was going to do before the photographer arrived. Completely ruined my wedding day; Absolutely crushed and bummed that my wedding photos reflected how upset I was. Hair ended up only half done. I was referred by another salon in Sun Valley… Spoke with Joanne three weeks prior, she had to call her “best updo gal” to confirm 1:15pm worked on my wedding day.
