Amazing customer service! We were walk-in clients today and had no wait time! My children all saw different stylists and they were all amazing! They listened to each individual and gave them exactly what they asked for! My 5yo got a little boys haircut and it was not choppy, it was perfectly blended-finally someone that listened and cared! My older daughter wanted curtain bangs and got exactly what she asked for! She is SO happy! My younger daughter wanted a hair cut and when she explained how her thick hair is always tangled, Her stylist offered to thin it, which was perfect! She even blow dried and curled it! They all left beaming!!!! We will only use Third Dimension in Bonney Lake!!

I used to see Jenni Cobb here a few years ago and I loved her. Out of no where she was gone and I can only assume it was the awful manager that played a role in her disappearance. She told me at one point that if she was gone short notice, that it was because of the company, and not her. I refound her at the south hill mall jcpennys in puyallup on a whim and couldn’t be happier. I was elated to have run into her. She has been doing my hair for over 4 years now and does a beautiful job. Take the time to visit her- you won’t be disappointed.

Staff, have always been friendly with me and even when I had hard time describing what I wanted for a cut, they were still able to get it right and was not annoyed, well at least didn’t show it well enough. My cuts were doing in a time fashion and turned it well. I’ve enjoyed going here to get my hair cut.

I called a day before hand, made an appointment for 9:30 am, had to drive a couple towns over and when I showed up I was told that I wasn’t in the books, I made sure I called the right place, I did, and was told that I wasn’t even allowed to wait for an opening and had to leave. Very unprofessional especially when I’ve never had this problem before there, and it was handled very poorly

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Samantha. I went in for a drastic change (chopped all my hair off). She was a great stylist and gave me exactly what I had hoped for. I was a little nervous about such a big change but she made me feel like this was the right choice and did an AMAZING job. I was also very happy with the price for a cut, color, and eye brow wax. It was great!
