I am not one to usually write reviews due to they take up too much of my time however, since this is a reflection of someone’s work I feel it is important. I was worked in early morning because I had taken the day off work and decided at the last minute to get a cut since it was desperately needed. I was scheduled with Ashley. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have not had the best experiences going to other Third Dimension locations, but Ashley’s focused attention when listening to what my main hair concerns were set my mind at ease. She acknowledged my anxieties and showed compassion and professionalism. I didn’t do anything drastic with the cut, I just had the ends trimmed and my layers cleaned up. She took her time checking the length was even while my hair was wet and then again after blowing it out. I’m extremely happy with the haircut and her attention to detail. I definitely recommend giving her a chance. She’s very sweet and I found her to give probably one of the best cuts I’ve had even from high end salons. Thank you, Ashley. I will be back in your chair when it’s time for another cut.

This was my first time going here, my stylist was Ashley. She was a sweet girl but she really missed up my hair. I asked for shoulder length with layers…I even showed her videos and pictures!!! but what I got instead was a mullet. I waited a month to write a review, I thought maybe the longer I waited, I would start to like the cut. Now I have an appointment at my regular salon to fix the mullet. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service that she provided me. I hate to leave this review but I’ve spent way too many hours crying over my hair!

Got a partial foil and haircut, was charged $302. I paid and was told it didn’t go through so I was to pay where my info was written down and would be prossesed later which I was charged twice for a total of $604!!!!!! And now the salon won’t answer their phone or give me a refund! VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!

Ashley is an amazing stylist, I went in to get a pricing the day before getting my hair done and we discussed what I wanted. Then the day of my appointment she tells me she had been thinking about how to get my hair more like the pictures I showed her. She discussed all the pricing changes (it was cheaper) and she walked me through the new process. She is very sweet and super considerate about everything she does. She matched the pictures I showed her exactly! The receptionist is also super sweet and walked me out the door once my appointment was done because it was after closing. I love this salon! 🙂

I’ve had different stylists going to this salon and all have treated me really good!. And I always come out feeling like a million bucks! Lol . My new hairstylist this time was Morgan, she was very thorough with her work and very nice. My hair came out exactly like the picture I showed her. If you’re wanting a new do I totally recommend Morgan and this salon!, all of the hairstylist are very nice and helpful!.

I went in with a previous bad highlight job from another state. I didn’t know what do so with it, but I explained to my stylist what my goal was. My stylist, Christi, came up with a plan and made me look beautiful at my first appointment. I was expecting a few appointments to get where I am at. I respect Christi for doing what is safest for the particular hair she is working with. She won’t do something if it’s bad for you. I love that! She has a great personality and very sweet. I am happy I found a good stylist and feel reassured that she will always take care of me.
