Horrible experience. I went for knotless braids and I have thick 4c hair. They cannot braid 4c hair. As seen in the pictures, my hair was not at all in the braids and the overall braids were sloppy. One older lady violently cut the braids off and cursed me out. She also told me my hair was nappy several times. I have thick beautiful hair. I did not pay and walked out. If they would comb through each section and use a thick braiding gel to the tips of my hair, it will blend. The older lady didn’t want to listen and continued to curse at me as I walked out. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

I have been coming there for over 15 years. The lady that did my hair obviously did not know what she was doing. I had this same braided bob hairstyle previously which was done by the owner and turned out great. This time owner Astu, ask me to pay halfway through me getting my hair done by (this other lady)so she can pay one of the girls that was leaving, so I paid with no problem only to assume that my hair was going to be done right. After that lady knew that she cut my hair to short she had another girl try to fix it, which you can’t fix something that you already cut to short and burned, you would have to take it down and start over. I told the owner, Astu that my hair was not done right, she told me don’t worry I’ll fix it tomorrow(which I had been there from 6pm to 12:30am). I came after work the next day as I was told, for her to fix my hair, she then tell me ok I’ll make the rest of it shorter so it look the same. I told her no the back is already to short and it need to be done over. She would not do it over and when I asked for my money back she refused. Now I have to take her to court. That’s ashame to treat a long time customer this way. I have always paid in full with a tip but to be treated this way is ridiculous, I will never come back nor refer anyone else again.
