This was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had with a hairdresser. I am a professional myself and this woman has no business being in this profession. She caused me great distress and left me with purulent spots throughout my head and hair loss. If you value your hair and time avoid her like the plague. Here are a few pictures of what The Stylist working there did to my hair. As the owner she refused to take responsibility but suggested I take her to court as the solution to the problem.

Theresse was ready and waiting when my daughter and I arrived. She promptly started on my hair and the stylist who braided my daughters hair arrived shortly after and even apologized for running a bit late (which wasn’t that late at all)! Theresse and the ladies were both professional and pleasant. We also had great conversations while they were braiding. No time or money was wasted with our visit!! We are completely satisfied with the finished product and will definitely be returning.
