Critical: QualityMy normal braid shop was taking too long to get an appointment so I thought I would try another place that was closer to where I lived. Signs were there but I ignored them..1st website pictures didn’t look that great but I figured it could be lighting or other braiders inconsistencies on the styles.2nd I walked into the shop and it was only one lady doing someone else’s hair but they were matured adults, not friendly looking but I figured I’ll ask my style can be done with price. 3rd I went back the next morning and not many hair color options to choose. I figured let her get started but I felt by the parts that I wasn’t getting less braids. I still waited until almost done and noticed it wasn’t what I wanted. I explained about jumbo braids not medium. She was telling me about my natural hair which made no sense. The style wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t great and what I requested. I have to travel the next day so I didn’t have time to start over. I noticed the products flaky and turned white. She told me this wasn’t going to happen. I had to wash my hair of all the residue. I will fix it better so that I can get it redone by my favorite spot in another week. Won’t return ever! My normal braid shop was taking too long to get an appointment so I thought I would try another place that was closer to where I lived. Winner. Winner I thought and then I went in. She was right there to answer all my questions and before long I was back from going to get the hair and in her chair. She was polite, professional and most of all a fairy God mother who did the darn thing!!! I showed her a picture of what i wanted plus she was gentle and we just clicked from the moment I sat down. I went out today and got so many compliments ☺ I will recommend her to anyone.
