Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuethis is a cute and cozy place, however if you want good hair color and have a specific vision, here is my experience of a few days ago. I came for a hair color with several pictures. wanted warm not too dark brown with bold chunky highlights, got black hair with tiny too light strands that look like grey.When I expressed my disappointment the stylist told me that it looks great and a fair solution is to leave it alone…. They also told me that they are too busy to fix this.I have been a long term client of Diana, who is currently unavailable…. Diana really cared about her clients and her work. Current staff does not seem to, they told me how overbooked they are….So they basically damaged my hair where another fix is not desirable if I want to keep my hair healthy , refunded my money but refunding hair health is not possible and they seem ok with that idea.Very distressing and disappointing experience that hopefully others can avoid by either nit coming here or somehow making sure you agree before they do your hair color.
