Got a silk press done yesterday for the first time I was so excited but my overall experience wasn’t that great. My appointment time was 7:00pm I came at 6:45 so why am I walking out almost 9:30pm, it also looked like she overbooked because she left me at the shampoo section for over 40 minutes when my timer was for 20 mins. Never checked on me I had to get up and go find her. And my silk press looks like a blowout and my friends agree wasted my $125 never again. So disappointed as a first timer
