Decent massage: asked for focus on shoulders & neck, but got more focus on my legs (would have appreciated a little more modesty with the sheet when working on my legs). 3 stars because the cash discount sign is misleading. If you don’t pay cash, you have to pay an extra 3.5%. The sign says you get a 3.5% discount if you pay cash. Aggravating business practice when the massage already costs $120. I checked and there was no notice in the email confirmation or on the website.

My wife and I had a great couples massage here today. They were very accommodating on getting us in on a short notice. After traveling a long car 16 hour car ride a massage was very much necessary. We both left feeling good. This is the first massage that I’ve ever fell asleep during. I was that relaxed. I went here right before Christmas for a 60 minute full body massage and had Jessie as my masseuse. Let me tell you that was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. The staff was professional, atmosphere was so relaxing and I left with less back pain and still haven’t had it come back. This place is not only high quality for what you pay for but a high quality experience in general. They are also taking covid precautions seriously which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning!!

Im originally from WV and recently moved to the great Chattanooga area.. I’ve coming coming here for over a year mostly on a biweekly basis and there for a while even weekly. One of the main reason I keep coming back is the owner keeps the spa clean and sanitary consistently and works with the client to fit their schedule and needs. She truly cares about all her clients. I have tried most all their therapist and they’re all great hands down! However I can truly say throughout all my vacations and 5 Star Spas, that BIBIM is one the absolute best therapist I have experienced. I typically schedule 2hr massages which is a big stretch for any therapist however Bibim’s technique and consistency is EXCEPTIONAL!! He never leaves any area void and you don’t wonder if he will remember this or that or forget. My preference is very firm pressure however they many skilled individuals that will fit your specific needs. Yall need to get your massages booked here soon!!!

I took my grandma for her first professional massage this week, she LOVED it! The hot stones felt INCREDIBLE!! The facility is clean, elegant and you can feel the relaxation start as soon as you walk in. We had Jessica W. and Taylor and they were amazing! They were sweet and kind and professional. They made us feel like we had known them forever and put us right at ease. They listened when we told them about our problem areas and really worked away the stress. I can’t wait to go back again. If you are looking for a place to get a massage done, just stop because this is the place to be! You feel that they truly care about their clients.
