I only gave 3 stars because of the price point. I requested an 90 minute prenatal massage by calling into the massage clinic, which I thought was totally a steal for $65! I have had this place recommended to me so many times, so I had extremely high hopes. I was greeted on the phone by a super professional and sweet lady who booked my appointment. I showed up on time and was greeted by my therapist on time, but was disappointed by her lack of personality. However, she is the only person there that could do a pregnancy massage. It was weird from the start when I was questioned about the length of time I requested, as in giving me the feeling that she wasn’t really wanting to do a 90 minute massage, which I found strange since that was what was planned for.

Abbey was awesome. Probably one of the best massages I’ve had. I feel wonderful and extremely relaxed. The atmosphere was really lovely as well. Thanks! Already booked my next appointment 🙂 Make sure to call and get proper directions, for some reason Google maps will take you to their old location even though the address is correct .

I see Monica. She is so wonderful! It’s clean, professional, and just an overall excellent facility. I have gone to many other spas over the years and this is easily my favorite. VERY reasonable in price as they want to provide good service as opposed to other places where you pay for overhead and glasses of “free” wine.

I’ve been to this clinic several times and have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff are very caring and listen to your needs. Their prices are competitive, and allow a college student like myself to have regular massages. I definitely recommend this place!

My experience was amazing! Lacy really listened to me when I told her my problem areas. She did an excellent job! I was so relaxed the entire time. The best part is I felt great for days after words. She truly knows what she is doing. The staff was excellent and I felt right at home. It did not break my bank either! I will be going back! Thank you Lacy and Staff for such a wonderful hour and half of your time. See you soon!

I’ve been here a few times before with a great experience nearly every time. Last time my therapist used her extremely sharp elbows to work out my knots on my back and it left me bruised and sore for a few days after. This time, my therapist began the massage by trying to yank my underwear off with no warning or even asking if that was okay. I said that wasn’t okay and she apologized, and the rest of the massage there was no incident but I was still uncomfortable the and I’m really not sure I’m comfortable with returning there. As a sexual assault survivor this kind of treatment is NOT okay, especially as some survivors can be triggered into a panic attack by something like that.

Really disappointed in this place. Booked a couple’s massage about a week ago for 12:30 today to help celebrate Valentines Day. Showed up today, and they didn’t have us scheduled. To make it even worse, the lady at the desk didn’t apologize for the mistake, didn’t try to schedule, was too busy to even stop scrolling on her cell phone, and had the audacity to question whether we had the right place. I will never use this place, and I recommend everyone else stay away. Inept at even the most basic levels of customer service and human decency. Zero stars.

I have not been in in a few months but I had a wonderful experience at Therapeutic Touch. I only had a facial last time and have been wanting to go in for a massage! Everyone there was so kind and I left super relaxed. DeLynn was so nice and helpful, I hope I can go back soon!
