Before she started the massage, she explained everything in detail before hand; Like what the massage will do to help my body and how it will improve my overall wellness. She also asked me questions on what part of my body hurt and what the pain it felt like, so she could have a better understanding and how she can best utilize her skills to help me. The actual massage was amazing and left my body and mind feeling relaxed. The weighted blanket and other blankets she uses are awesome also! The room was super clean and very nice! Monica was also understanding if you needed to take a restroom break or needed a break for anything else! I had the 90 minute massage and Monica was absolutely fantastic! Before she started the massage, she explained everything in detail before hand; Like what the massage will do to help my body and how it will improve my overall wellness. Monica McCollough was kind enough to make an appointment at the time that I could arrive rather than what was convenient for her. I had requested the room to be warm and she not only did that but she had the bed warmer on even though it was hot outside. Very thoughtful! She was intuitive as to the kind of massage that I needed for a long history of injury, over exercise and a definite need for relaxation.
