Sad to leave this review because I greatly enjoyed the two massage services that I received at this location. However I called the office with questions as I had purchased a package deal and when I was getting billed it was coming through as if it wasn’t a package deal. Elaine the owner was incredibly disrespectful and would not answer my questions. She said that if didn’t like how they did things I should just leave. Even though I didn’t question anything I just wanted clarification because I was under the impression that I had bought a package deal. She refused to help and said it was my issue not theirs and I need to figure out what I did wrong. Finally, I was able to get clarity that in fact I did purchase the package as I had a receipt stating that I did and the Owner then made up the excuse that it’s still my fault that I am being charged “extra” because the price went up and I should just be grateful that I get my massages in clean facility that has a restroom and that having those things are a luxury. I just feel like they made a mistake and didn’t want to own up to it. And the owner was rude for no reason.

I’ve seen three therapists here for medical massage, and two have been absolutely amazing. One was just great, but all have been worth the cost. I’d highly recommend them for anyone with rheumatological conditions. Easily accessible parking, fair pricing, and private and comfortable rooms.

I spent a full year rehabbing a frozen shoulder on my left side. PT, chiro, stretching, etc. I finally got it back to normal and after a training injury my right foze. Ugh. I wanted to try something different this time and decided to give trigger point massage in my sub scap a chance as I’d read good things about it as a treament for frozen shoulder. Wow, is all I can say, Jimmy is amazing, after one session my pain is almost totally gone and my mobility is so much better. Was it brutal? Yes. Was it totally worth it? Yes. I will be going back a couple more times but what a great job he did. Frozen shoulder is so frustraiting and at least for me, this treatment really made a difference.
