I saw 12 different massage therapists in 2020. Once I went to Trenna once, I haven’t been to anyone else. Trenna is the best! She is knowledgable about the field and combines different types of massage to keep me pain free despite several medical conditions that have side effects of constant pain. I have a standing every other week appointment and I won’t miss!

Trenna is friendly, warm and very knowledgeable. The environment is clean, peaceful and very comfortable. Trenna is easy to talk to and provides a space to discuss what my issues are. Most recently, I visited her for an issue with my hip and while I gave her an idea, my right hip, she knew exactly what to hone in on. She has said more than once my body “talks to her”. To me, this simply means she knows what she is doing. I would strongly recommend contacting her if you need a massage. I walked in with discomfort in my hip and left with more mobility and feeling great. Trenna is the absolute BEST!!! The environment is clean, peaceful and very comfortable. Trenna is easy to talk to and provides a space to discuss what my issues are. Trenna uses her expertise to not only massage away soreness and aches and pains, she uses her compassion and professionalism to put you at ease.
