Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAs a disabled Veteran I have tried many modalities of pain relief. By far, the most relaxing and beneficial has been Massage Therapy. Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks has several excellent Massage Therapists. My therapists name is Kaylee. She is outstanding at her job. She always gets a baseline of how you are feeling since previous visit. During the session she’ll communicate with you as she conducts the massage. As a professional, she ensures all body parts are covered, from neck down, except the where she’s massaging. The therapy has allowed me to become more functional in life’s daily activities. I appreciate their abilities and the care that they put into each session.My first couple visits was with a different therapists (who is no longer there). I had a couple of issues and I addressed them with the owner, Rebekah Jones. Immediately she addressed the issues and also switched my therapist to Kaylee. Rebekah even filled in for Kaylee once. The similarities, and abilities, in their style points towards great training, outstanding leadership, and extreme professionalism! I would recommend this office to anyone, Veteran or not. As a disabled Veteran I have tried many modalities of pain relief. By far, the most relaxing and beneficial has been Massage Therapy. Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworks has several excellent Massage Therapists. My therapists name is Kaylee. She is outstanding at her job. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had a facial. The technician was very professional. She did a very good job with the facial. She was new to the facility and seemed a bit nervous talking. She told me generally what she was doing, but more details would be good. Overall a great experience. I will definitely go back for another facial.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is right off of Portage St. with ample parking. The technician was informative and after some conversation we found out we have mutual friends, also in the Therapy field.The message was relaxing and Kaylee found and played music that I requested, all and all I was very pleased with my experience and will be coming back for a tune up.The session was a gift from my son, I had never been to Therapeutic M+B. He worked my muscles and I feel the effects today! In a great way! I feel twenty pounds lighter and could actually start jogging again! If you never experience a deep tissue massage you need to!
