I have been suffering with shoulder pain for about a year that’s led to decreased mobility, uncomfortable sleep and a constant tension in my neck and upper back. After one visit john was really able to open up my shoulder and eliminate so much of my tension and discomfort. While I don’t think my first visit has healed my shoulder completely I can’t wait to go back for a second visit to continue to improve the area. John keeps the session very professional and took the time before our sessions to understand where I was having most of my pain. The massage room is very clean and relaxing and I highly recommend Johns services to everyone.

I went to John for the first time for a 90 minute massage. I’ve been to many skilled massage therapists over the years and without a doubt, John was the best. He used Swedish & Medical modalities to help loosen the muscles tied up by a current knee issue and reflexology on my feet and hands. Fantastic.

I book a massage with John as often as I can – sometimes twice a month – because it’s the only thing that has reliably helped. He assesses where I am each time and uses the right combination of hot stone, deep tissue, and sports massage to address issues. I highly recommend.

I’ve had many massages over the years but I’ve never returned to the same massage therapist more than once. I had my third massage from John today and also purchased a package because he is just that good. He asks questions, listens, gives feedback and tailors your massage to your needs. The office is always very clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. John is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!
