I have been doing various types of bodywork for over 15 years. I was referred to Sarah by my gym. I have had serious neck and back issues from car accidents and even though I do chiropractic care I still needed other help. Sarah’s SMRT technique is amazing and provides instant relief and lasting results. My chiropractor was so impressed with how much better my neck felt she asked me what I had been doing different and the only thing I had changed was going to see Sarah! She is great and you will not be disappointed!

I had the most rewarding session today with Sarah! I usually get deep tissue or a sports massage when I seek relief or fascia release for my massage appointments (I have an active job). They are always painful but necessary, or so I thought. Today I was introduced to the SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) for my 90 min. massage. Sarah was able to find not only my sore spots (plantar fasciitis, trigger point pain in back, shoulder rounding) but the associated muscles that were compensating for my soreness. Basically she didn’t treat the pain but what caused it. Talk about mind blowing! Sarah really knows her body mechanics. I feel amazing and NOT sore from our session. And I learned a lot about my body. Thank you so much, Sarah!
