Olivia at Theory did my hair for the first time a couple months ago (it’s about time for me to go in again!). I had such a great experience with them from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone is warm, welcoming and professional. In addition to that, I absolutely loved the cut and highlighting Olivia did on my hair! I am someone who is VERY skeptical of people highlighting my hair because I like the “white/platinum” blonde look, and not every salon can pull off the type of blonde I’m looking for. Olivia did my hair a few weeks ago, and I am so grateful! First of all, she was extremely transparent about price, and also talked me through what she was going to be doing so there were no surprises! I went from dull blonde with very uneven tones, to a beautiful shiny “bronde” that compliments me in every way!
