The salon currently services one client at a time and follows COVID-19 safety protocols. Mika made an assessment of the condition of my hair and kept me informed of the products and processes she was using throughout my service. I ask a lot of questions and she answered all of them and made recommendations for products for scalp and hair health and future treatments. The final result was a beautiful, natural, versatile and flattering style. I actually booked her via being a customer of Mayvenn Hair! Business Reviews are extremely important to me, as a paying customer. Mika’ reviews inspired me to make a (2) hour trip to her location in Maryland to see if I can find me a permanent Hairstylist! They say first impressions are our last… And she nailed it with her welcoming smile and her warm casual professional spirit!! After sitting in her chair, and the way she rotated me from side to side while styling my hair, was another cue she was both passionate about her Clients and Hair Business!! Her conversation was so appreciated, because it was professional, poised, polite and appropriate! I felt very comfortable sitting there with her, as if I’d been knowing her for years. I am right now anticipating making several more visits with her soon! Mika, is going to start hair treatments, so that I may begin to grow my natural hair again!! (I AM EXCITED!)
