My husband came here to get a haircut. He wanted a fade which means shorter at the bottom and longer as it goes up. He told her he didn’t want anything off of the top cuz he wanted to grow it out a little. She didn’t tell us until the middle of the haircut that she doesn’t know how to do a fade. It was butchered and she had to keep asking him how to do the haircut. He ended up just asking her to shave his entire head. The other stylists kept looking over at us because they could see that she was butchering his hair. None of them ever came over to rescue this poor lady or offer any advice or assistance.
