BEWARE!!! I’ve been to Theicybox twice. I would have gone a third time. Until, I notice that my card was charged $450 of services that I didn’t have done. I spoke with the owner. I got excuses times 3 with no resolution. My financial institution did an investigation and reimbursement my money. Then, I found out that this very same thing happened to someone else! Be leery of giving any financial information with this business. NOT COOL

Amazing experience every time I come to TheIcyBox! I’ve been coming to Selina since October of 2021. I love love the atmosphere and attention! Selina is very professional and very gentle; she always takes her time and is never rushing. The place is very clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She offers many services and I highly recommend getting the vajacial! Always has positive energy and caring and of course great music!!! Love the slow r&b playlist. Selina was super professional, sweet and helpful. Her suite/ space was very calming and relaxing. She communicated throughout the entire facial to make sure that I was comfortable. I kept going back and forth with myself. I didnt even know where to start. I reached out to TheIcybox and spoke with the owner of this TheIcybox and she answered all my answers and put my mind into ease!! I finally booked my appointment. When I walked in I was amazed! The place is so cute, clean and amazing! She walked me through step by step prior to doing anything! She took her time and did an amazing job!!
