Stylist doesn’t work well under pressure, rude , and is not accommodating. The services are luxury prices yet not luxury service. The stylist is not accommodating and doesn’t value her customers.

This stylist was highly recommended but turned out to be very unprofessional. I booked the package which included the hair and I wanted highlights. The day before my appt I get a call saying they didn’t have the hair I needed. So I ran around last min to get the hair and dropped it off at the salon to be colored. The day of the appt I received a call 45 mins before my appt saying the appt needed to be pushed back a few hours because of some mix up(keep in mind I was already headed to the salon). Once I arrived to the salon the hair had not been colored. What was the point of me bringing the hair to you the day before????? Once the stylist walks in she is not apologetic at all and seemed to have an attitude. I only gave 2 stars because my hair turned out cute but the customer service is horrible for the price that she charges!
