My experience with the color bar is not a good one. I bought a 60 minute massage through Groupon. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. About 1 hour before I was supposed to get my massage they called and cancelled because the masseuse was sick. I don’t fault them for that but I wish they had told me more in advance. So I just rescheduled for the next week. The day before my massage I called to confirm my appointment. They did not answer and I left a voice mail asking them to call me back (they didn’t). The day of my massage I called 3 more times and they did not answer.

She started my lashes but it only took 30 minutes and I was wondering why it was so short. I thought that lashes were supposed to take at least 2 hours for a good set. So I made my appointment and everything was working out fine, I went in and she greeted me and we had a nice talk about God, and a bunch of other things. She started my lashes but it only took 30 minutes and I was wondering why it was so short. I thought that lashes were supposed to take at least 2 hours for a good set. 2 hours before my schedule haircut and partial highlights I was notified via text that ” this is the color bar we will not be having hairservices today pls text me a new date and time”… So, let me get this straight, you are a hair salon that doesn’t offer hair services? mind blown! I tried to reschedule and have yet to get a response which is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for a client. I should also mention, that I booked this appointment 4 weeks in advance so it wasn’t a last minute appointment. I would avoid at all costs! I am now attempting to get a refund from Groupon because at this point I don’t trust this salon and have a feeling they’ll keep canceling appointments or ignoring my messages.

Do not waste your time! My husband bought me this Groupon as a surprise. I read the negative reviews but was hoping I would have a better experience…. WRONG. After purchasing a Groupon for a massage and facial I booked my appointment online. After a confirmation text and email I came in for my appointment and the masseuse couldn’t seem to find my reservation. She offered to get me in a different day which I had to take off of work for due to the limited times available. The appointment was for 8am, she advised me to arrive sooner than that because she would already be there ready to go. I was very optimistic as I received a confirmation and it all seemed taken care of. I arrived at 7:45 today only to seem like the women who was checking my reservation couldn’t find it and then after waiting 15-20 minutes I was told the masseuse wasn’t even coming in!! Very unorganized and careless.

I bought their Groupon. I took me over a week to get ahold of someone, like an actual person answering the phone, after leaving several messages. The day of my appointment I received a phone call canceling because the girl was sick. Very understandable. They ask me to text a number to reschedule later, so I did. They scheduled me for 5:30 PM on May 5. I got a call around 2:30 PM on May 5 canceling my appointment again because she “made plans” ….very unprofessional and never got another call or text even after leaving a message. I lost my money I spent on Groupon and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I got my eyelashes done here… total scam. They have a groupon but they don’t honor it. They tell you to get a refund.. ended up getting my lashes done and it only took her 30 minutes (which normally it takes an hour or more) she said it would last three weeks and it didn’t. The majority fell out within the week and she glued it in clumps so when one part fell out it looked bald. She should have glued it on individually… Also, She charged me $40 extra on my card from what I had originally input. I had to call her repeatedly to get the $40 back and she claimed that they charge extra if she has to manually input my card… she should have told me before she did that. She has a faulty card reader she said… If I had not checked my account she would have got away with charging me extra… if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This was back in January, but I had terrible pumpkin roots after a color correction elsewhere so I bought a Groupon to this place for a full highlight thinking maybe it would lighten it up a bit, but I went in and Chrissy went above and beyond, she got all the pumpkin out, and I left the salon a beautiful multi-tonal ash blonde! What I thought was going to take at least 3 sessions, she did in 1 and it was wonderful.

THIS PLACE GAVE ME PINKEYE AND AN ABRASION ON MY EYE! I have the medical paperwork to prove it. Chrissy is one of the most unprofessional “owners” I’ve had to deal with. Her tools gave me pinkeye and her bad technique cut my eye! After letting her know of my discomfort she continuously changed her availability and I work full time so she made it very difficult to come in to remove the lashes. After deciding I no longer wanted her working near my eyes for obvious reasons, I informed her I just wanted my money back. Chrissy then tried to get me to believe that my friends were talking bad on me, saying that “I do this for free services.” Why and how would I fake medical documentation?? I’m 20!! I’ve alerted the Better Business Bureau of her unethical business practices! And now she’s trying to be as unavailable as possible so that I don’t receive my refund. Chrissy’s business practices are just as dirty as her tools! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
