Overercharged me 100 compared to last year for a balayage. and they took 10 hours over 2 day to complete what i wanted. They didn’t get my color right. Stylists said I rushed her with the toner even though she gave me a timeline. They curled/ styled my hair without asking and charged me for it. Dont forget, you may die of hunger or dehydration. They wont even offer a cup of water after sitting on the chair for 6 hours. I will not be returning.

The first time I tried waxing was at this location and I was super scared but the staff is so nice and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve been coming here ever since and each time , they take the time to do the process and I feel very comfortable which is really important to me .

Compared to other facials I’ve had this was the first beyond relaxing experience I have ever had Alyssa created the most relaxing environment for me and fit me to my needs she provided relaxing healing music, when I walked in the facial room the facial room smelt very relaxing, she included tiny little massages throughout the facial which is something I have not experienced. Not only that her facial was so soothing to my face and you can tell she knows what she’s doing because you can ask her anything and she will provide you with enough detail to understand more. You can tell she’s very educated and cares about her clients I have not received costumer service like this at any nail, hair, facial or any salon at all. I loved my facial so much that I decided to book my next facial as soon as possible!

I booked a facial appointment with Alyssa and it was such a great experience from beginning to end! She gave me a glass of orange juice and a brochure to answer some questions about my skin. She made sure to explain everything she was using on me along with the benefits of each product. I fell asleep a few times because of how peaceful it was!
