I purchased a massage for my wife as a Christmas gift through Groupon. The Groupon was valid through 2/27, and my wife has tried to schedule an appointment for nearly two weeks, and the owner does not reply to messages. A time was finally agreed upon for today, and the owner was a no-show – doors are locked, lights turned off.

I called several times, left vociemails, and sent a text message as the website says you can, and still got no response for any of the above. My Groupon has no use if the business with not respond to customers.

Unfortunately I cannot provide a review of the massage quality, because nobody would bother returning my voicemail. I purchased a Groupon for Bodyminders, which was reasonably priced – the only reason I’ll give 2 stars. The Groupon directions say to call for an appointment if this is your first time. I’ve called and left a message, but have not heard anything in 2 weeks. I tried calling again today, and the voicemail is full. If Chris would have just called back and said he was fully booked, I could have worked something out.

Don’t go to this person! He burned my back and said NOTHING! The mark is still on my back. During my massage, he put a heating pad or some type of heating component on my back. Maybe he didn’t realize it, but I was marked with a circular burn that resembles a metal key ring. He knows he burnt me but decided to say nothing, hoping I wouldn’t notice. This guy crept me out from the beginning. He’ll never answer his phone and good luck getting him to return your phone call. If I could give him zero stars, I would. I’m reporting him to the state board of licensing, the BBB and I’m thinking about pressing charges on him thru the DMPD.
