Definitely recommend going this place! Erika is fantastic! She sat down with me to make sure of what areas were giving me trouble and really worked to loosen those areas up. OMG…best massage ever, and I have been to some of the most popular spas in the Birmingham area for massages over the years!!! As an FYI, I have major neck and back issues due to degenerative discs. After my first session with Erika, I can turn my neck all the way to the right and left and look over my shoulders. I can’t even remember the last time I could do that. It’s seriously been years. Plus, I haven’t had to use a heating pad or ice pack since my massage. Prior to it, I used one or the other every night. I am so going back to see her soon and will be seeing her on a regular basis.
