I hesitated to give a 5-star, as this was my first professional massage. But Jen was wonderful and deserves it! She spent time getting to know me and my lifestyle before even getting into my 90 minute session. She was upfront about her style (less brute force, more purposeful). Atmosphere was plenty relaxing, I never came close to feeling uncomfortable. I came out not only feeling like I had a significant boost in “space” within my body, but also far more educated in how to continue to take care of body on my own and otherwise. Conversation was comfortable and controlled by my willingness to converse. Never felt forced to do so, or like I wasn’t supposed to. All-in-all, definitely a 5 star experience and will be returning to continue with other parts of the body.
