The Wright Place is clean and inviting. There are soothing sounds, a refreshing fragrance in the air and an overall relaxing atmosphere. Antoinette makes you feel welcome as soon as you step into the studio. She is both friendly and professional throughout the entire service. I saw that this place was highly rated on-line so I decided to check it out. Long story short I was questioned and belittled about my hair doing abilities in front of clients and staff at a hair salon. Not professional at all. I’m pretty sure it was the owner. Not a place to go for full-service needs. I was checking the place out and asking a few questions and was directed to go on-line. The energy and intentions of the person doing your hair is important. Don’t do everything on line check these places out in person. If I’m required to do half the process before I come I’ll go somewhere else! Edit- I didn’t ask for an impromptu consultation. Don’t do that. I asked you basic questions and you never even got close enough to consult anything. Starting rambling off about bald spots and damaged hair. I told her the style was installed by a professional I was told “you don’t know how to take it out” she was shocked when I told her it wasn’t extensions. She didn’t know because she never left her station. “That’s all her hair” Maybe that was an issue ♀️. You’re the professional hair stylist don’t belittle me I’m coming to you for help because I can’t do hair on your level. You were very masculine and aggressive. The truth always comes to light you were very rude and have toxic energy. I wanted to check this place out and I’m glad I did it in person I didn’t need to make an appointment. Making excuses for being so rude and nasty for no reason? Didn’t think I was going to say anything because I quietly walked out? Sometimes the light irritates the dark. I hope you get some healing I wish you the best!
